Hello, I am Leigh.
Thank you for considering me to capture and preserve your precious memories.
I live in Morris County, NJ with my husband and our two young sons, who keep me very busy. I photograph them as much as they’ll allow, and display as many photos as my walls will hold.
I have loved photography since I was a child and even remember my first camera, which was a gift from my aunt on my eighth birthday. My sister was just a baby, and I vividly recall staging photo sessions with her dressed up in my doll’s clothes. In my basement I have stacks of scrapbooks and boxes full of photographs from grammar, middle and high school. I later became interested in landscape and architecture photography, and was fortunate to travel extensively with my husband before starting our family. I had the pleasure of taking a photograph of Sacré-Cœur Basilica in Paris, which was later published in the Fodor’s France Travel Guide (2011, 12, 13 editions). When our first son was born, my love of photography came full circle, and I began my portraiture career.
My goal as a lifestyle photographer is to capture real moments and deliver a product that tells a story about your family. So, although there is some "directing" I try to spend most of the session observing. I provide a unique, stylish and fun approach to photography, and I look forward to working with you to create timeless images of your family that you will treasure.
